Summary

The Adlib Rendition Server is a document conversion and transformation platform. It is used to render documents into a long term archive format such as pdf/a. It can be used by different third party plattforms to render documents e.g. OpenText Content Server.

During its transformation-process the rendition server queue stores the information about the documents that need to be transformed. Several reasons can cause the process to get stuck and the rendition queue being filled.

Sources of Errors

Case B. A documents defined print area is not set correctly.

Solution

Case A.
