  2. Check if loadbalancer-address is responding https://dms.DOMAIN.CH:8290/otsapxecm/services/ECMLink

  3. if 1 is false

    1. check if application-server is running, try restarting it

    2. check if firewall is blocking the port

    3. check if enough memory / disk-space can be allocated

  4. if 2. is false check if loadbalancing-configuration is set correctly

  5. if 2 is true you´re done!
