Summary

Due to some misconfiguration or software error it might happen that processes or jobs are running into error. Those are reported in so called trace files within OpenText Content Server.

Different reasons can lead to the creation of trace files and have to be analyzed individually.

Solution

Withing the Alert-Manager Widget the instance can be found where the trace-file is located.

Within the content server installation directory the files can be found for further analysis.

In this example a wrong argument was specified.

Taking a more detailed look it can be highlighted that the problem is related to a workflow.

It is recommended to involve the development of this WebReport to get this resolved.

After the trace file has been given to the development team it should be removed from the trace-folder of the installation directory.
